I grew up in Colorado and the thing I miss the most is the abundent snow fall. It covers everything ins clean blanket of white and even the most drab view turns into a magical winter wonderland beneath snow's crystal beauty. I do hope the Washington D. C. Doesn't hog it all and we get plenty. But you know the government they always have to take more then their fair share! LOL

We've had no snow to speak of this year, so far. In fact we are on track to set a record for least precipitation for a winter period.

I'm sorry to hear that. We had a couple bouts of snow but it stayed for a day or two then warmed up and was gone.
